We distil because we love flavour, craft, and the quiet satisfaction of doing something properly.
We care about where things come from and where they end up — not because it’s fashionable, but because it’s common sense.
Here’s what really matters to us
1. Make it properly, or don’t bother.
Every batch is distilled by hand, using fresh, local ingredients — including the peppery Hampshire watercress that gives Twisted Nose its twist. No shortcuts, no gimmicks.
2. Let flavour lead.
We don’t chase trends or marketing stories. If it doesn’t taste extraordinary, it doesn’t leave the distillery.
3. Waste nothing.
We reuse, refill, recycle — not to tick boxes, but because good things shouldn’t be thrown away.
4. Keep it human.
We’d rather work with like-minded partners than spreadsheets. Our suppliers, retailers, and customers are part of the same circle.
5. Leave something worth keeping.
If the distillery, the landscape, and the community are better for us being here, that’s the legacy we want.
